Gathering User Needs: It is not hard to find people who experience the same gap as me. As the school rule says that we need to change from formal to PE attire, many people have to bring some bags to contain the clothes. As I asked them what do they want to do to solve this problem, they said that they want a bag that is small and can be used many times. Also, the bag has to be quite colorful so it doesn't look very boring.
